At AmericanStrongWear, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issues are handled.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and included parts

  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective item or incorrect product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items missing parts, packaging, or accessories

  • Products damaged by misuse, improper care, or customer handling

  • Returns requested after the return window has passed

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. AmericanStrongWear is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
